Earlier today, the official RobiHachi anime website updated with a teaser trailer, as well as character visuals for the main cast.
We break the details down below.
Trailer
The 43-second promo opens with a narrator who explains the base concept behind the series, and introduces lead characters Robby and Hatchi along with the setting of Neo-Tokyo.
Character Visuals
Robihachi will hit Japanese TV in Spring 2019.
Shinji Takamatsu (Gintama, Nanbaka) will direct the project at Studio Comet, with Yuuko Yahiro (Attack on Titan: Junior High, Diabolik Lovers) providing character designs. Hiroko Kanasugi (Diabolik Lovers More, Blood, My mental choices are completely interfering with my school romantic comedy) is in charge of series composition.
The confirmed voice cast includes:

- Hachii Kita: Keisuke Koumoto
- JPS-19 (“19” prounounced as “Iku”): Daisuke Sakaguchi
- Yan: Tomokazu Sugita
- Aro: Subaru Kimura
