So, this was unexpected!

Earlier today, Pony Canyon took to Facebook to announce that they licensed RoboHachi. The publisher started streaming a subtitled version of the first trailer, which you can check out below.

Robihachi will hit Japanese TV in Spring 2019.

Shinji Takamatsu (Gintama, Nanbaka) will direct the project at Studio Comet, with Yuuko Yahiro (Attack on Titan: Junior High, Diabolik Lovers) providing character designs. Hiroko Kanasugi (Diabolik Lovers More, Blood, My mental choices are completely interfering with my school romantic comedy) is in charge of series composition.
