Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! Anime Gets New Subtitled Trailer

Earlier today, the official Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! (Eizoken ni wa Te o Dasu na!) anime website updated with a new teaser trailer. The two-minute subtitled promo offers a brief overview of the show’s plot, with character dialogue providing the main story beats. Theme song Easy Breezy by chelmico plays as a background track.

Keep Your Hands Off Eizoken! will hit Japanese TV on January 5. The series will air on NHK General at 24:10 (1/6/2020 at 12:10AM).

Masaaki Yuasa (Devilman Crybaby, The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl) will direct the project and handle series composition duties at Science Saru. Naoyuki Asano (Mr. Osomatsu) will provide character designs, while Oorutaichi scores the show’s soundtrack.

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Midori Asakusa: Sairi Itō
  • Sayaka Kanamori: Mutsumi Tamura
  • Tsubame Mizusaki: Misato Matsuoka
  • Doumeki: Yumiri Hanamori
  • Sowande Sakaki: Mikako Komatsu
  • Mr. Fujimoto: Kazuhiko Inoue

Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken Manga Volume 1 CoverSumito Owara’s Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! launched in the pages of Shogakukan’s Gekkan! Spirits magazine in 2016. The series currently spans four compiled volumes, with the latest shipping to stores on May 10.

Manga resource Baka-Updates describes the title as:

Asakusa Midori wants to create an anime, but she’s too disheartened to make that first step by herself. But by pure chance, she meets Mizusaki Tsubame, an up-and-coming socialite secretly dreaming of becoming an animator. Together with Midori’s money-loving best friend Kanamori Sayaka, the energetic trio slowly work towards making their “ultimate world” a reality!
