Staff

Kei Suezawa (FLCL Progressive) will direct the project at Production I.G. Mieko Hosoi () will provide character designs.

Kazuhito Arai (FLCL Progressive) will helm sequel film Fate/Grand Order Shinsei Entaku Ryōiki Camelot: Paladin: Agateram, at Signal.MD.

Cast

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Bedivere: Mamoru Miyano
  • Ritsuka Fujimaru: Nobunaga Shimazaki
  • Mash Kyrielight: Rie Takahashi

Fate/Grand Order Shinsei Entaku Ryōiki Camelot: Wandering: Agateram will hit Japanese theaters in 2020. The films will retell the “Order VI: The Sacred Round Table Realm: Camelot” plotline from the smartphone game.

Takeshi Takeuchi (Fate anime franchise) will serve as lead character designer on the project at Production I.G. The team of Keita Haga (Fate/stay night TV, Fate/Grand Order: First Order) and Hideyuki Fukasawa (Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, You’re Under Arrest: Full Throttle) will score the film’s soundtrack.

Fate/Grand Order began its life as a smartphone game, which launched in Japan in July 2015. The series made its North American début two years later, on June 25, 2017. Since its release, the title has gone on to gross $3 billion in revenues as of March 2018, making it the world’s most profitable smartphone game.
