Aikatsu on Parade! Anime Gets New Trailer, Visual, Cast Members

Earlier today, Aikatsu! fans flocked to the Pacifico Yokohama National Hall for the “Best Friends! Special Live ~Thanks OK~” fan event. During the show, new details were revealed for the upcoming Aikatsu on Parade! anime, including a new trailer and visual, as well as details on the cast.

We break the details down below.

Trailer

The three-minute promo is a short clip, which features quick appearances of many of the franchise’s lead characters, before diving into a narrated promotional segment. The promo confirms that the title will air on TV Tokyo on October 5, at 10:30AM JST.

Key Visual

The image features the leads from the previous Aikatsu! anime titles, plus newcomer Raki Kiseki, posing against a bright blue sky.

Cast

The series will add the following:

  • Raki Kiseki: Rin Aira

The following cast members are confirmed to be reprising their roles from previous entries in the franchise:

  • Ichigo Hoshimiya (Aikatsu!): Sumire Morohoshi
  • Akari Ōzora (Aikatsu!): Shino Shimoji
  • Yume Nijino (Aikatsu Stars!): Miyu Tomita
  • Aine Yūki (Aikatsu Friends!): Akane Matsunaga
  • Mio Minato (Aikatsu Friends!): Ibuki Kido

Shishō Igarashi (Aikatsu Friends!, Armored Trooper Votoms Case;Irvine) will direct the project at BN Pictures, with Satomi Watabe (Aikatsu Friends! ~Kagayaki no Jewel~, Escha Chron) providing character designs. Yuuko Kakihara (Aikatsu Friends!, Chihayafuru) is in charge of series composition.
