It’s time to hit the courts for a few grand matches.
Earlier today, the official Prince of Tennis anime website updated with a pair of key visuals to promote its ongoing Prince of Tennis BEST GAMES!! (Tennis no Ōjisama BEST GAMES!!) OVA series.
The first image promotes the second OVA, which features a pair of doubles matches:
- Shuichiro Oishi and Eiji Kikumaru vs. Hiroshi Yagyū and Masaharu Niō
- Ryō Shishido and Chōtarō Otori vs. Sahadaru Inui and Kaoru Kaidō
The second visual focuses on the third episode, which is a showdown between Shūsuke Fuji and Akaya Kirihara
Keiichiro Kawaguchi (Frame Arms Girl, Hayate the Combat Butler!) will direct the OVA series at studio M.S.C., with Akiharu Ishii (Shinesman, Blood+) providing character designs. Mitsutaka Hirota (Nanbaka, Sweetness & Lightning) is in charge of series composition for the project.
All three staffers are returning from the Prince of Tennis TV series.
The confirmed voice cast includes:
- Ryōma Echizen: Junko Minagawa
- Keigo Atobe: Junichi Suwabe
- Tezuka Kunimitsu: Ryotaro Okiayu
