Earlier today, the official Space Battleship Tiramisu anime website announced that the series will get a second season, titled Space Battleship Tiramisu Zwei. The first cast and crew members, plus a trailer and teaser visual were revealed for the project. We break the details down below.
Trailer
The 15-second teaser starts with the new teaser visual, before a smartphone cuts in from the left side. Kaito Ishikawa narrates in-character as Subaru Ichinose.
Key Visual
The new visual, which was drawn by Ai Yokoyama, features Subaru and Isuzu standing before a traditional Japanese palace. Isuzu is taking a selfie, as Subaru chows down on a tasty treat.
Staff
Hiroshi Ikehata (Akiba’s Trip: The Animation, Seiyu’s Life!) will return to the director’s chair at Gonzo, with Ai Yokoyama (Bayonetta: Bloody Fate, X-Men) reprising her role as character designer.

Space Battleship Tiramisu Zwei will air in October. A screening event will be held on September 29, which will be attended by Kaito Ishikawa, Junichi Suwabe, and Takuya Eguchi. Jouji Nakata, who played the Pubic Hair (you read that right) will also attend the event.
Space Battleship Tiramisu‘s first season aired in the Spring 2018 broadcast season. Crunchyroll streamed the show as part of its simulcast lineup, while Funimation produced a SimulDub. Funimation describes the show as:
