The cover for the latest issue of Tokuma Shoten’s Monthly Comic Ryū magazine (July 2018) revealed that Auri Hirao’s Oshi ga Budōkan Ittekuretara Shinu (If the Fan Goes to Budōkan, She’ll Die) manga will get an anime adaptation.

As of press time, no further details have been announced.

Oshi ga Budōkan Ittekuretara Shinu Manga Volume 1 Cover 001 - 20180517Auri Hirao’s Oshi ga Budōkan Ittekuretara Shinu launched in the pages of Monthly Comic Ryū in 2015. The series currently spans four compiled volumes, with the most recent hitting stores on May 11.

Manga resource Baka-Updates describes the title as:

A girl is obsessed with her favorite idol, a minor member of a less popular group, enough that she says she’d die to see her play at Budoukan.
