Who knew that the life of a middle manager was so dramatic?
Earlier today, a press conference was held for the upcoming Chūkan Kanriroku Tonegawa (Middle Management Chronicle Tonegawa) anime. At the event, a dozen cast members for the show were confirmed. The series will add the following:
- Ebitani: Taku Yashiro
- Jirō Saemonsaburō: Nobunaga Shimazaki
- Junichi Hagio: Kengo Kawanishi
- Kaiji Itō: Masato Hagiwara
- Kazuta Hyōdō: Masatane Tsukayama
- Kenji Yamazaki: Wataru Hatano
- Kikuchi: Takaya Aoyagi
- Kōji Dōshita: Takuya Eguchi
- Nagata: Chiharu Sawashiro
- Nakata: Daiki Hamano
- Saeko Nishiguchi: Rena Maeda
- Toshimasa Kawasaki: Kōtarō Nishiyama
The new players join one previously confirmed actors:
- Yukio Tonegawa: Toshiyuki Morikawa
Chūkan Kanriroku Tonegawa hits Japanese TV this July. The title, which is being produced by Madhouse, will air on NTV’s AnichU block.
Chūkan Kanriroku Tonegawa is a spinoff of Nobuyuki Fukumoto’s Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji manga, which launched in Kodansha’s Monthly Young Magazine in 2015. The series moved to the Comic Days app in March. Tensei Hagiwara is writing the story, while the team of Tomohiro Hashimoto and Tomoki Miyoshi provide the artwork.
