Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san Gets New Trailer, Visual, Cast, & Crew Members

Earlier today, the official Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san (Skeleton Bookstore Employee Honda-san) anime website updated with a trailer and key visual, as well as the main cast and crew members.

We break the details down below.

The 50-second promo offers a look at the show in action, as a dramatic musical piece plays.

Key Visual

The new image features Honda-san who is standing mouth agape, as the top of their head bursts open. Out from the cavity spews everything quirky in the world, from crazy coworkers to countless books.

The series will star the following:

  • Honda-san: Sōma Saitō

Staff

Owl Todoroki will direct Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san at studio DLE, with Naoko Kakiki providing character designs. Shin Okashima is in charge of series composition for the project.

Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san will hit Japanese TV in October.

Honda’s Gaikotsu Shotenin Honda-san manga made its début in August 2015 on image sharing site Pixiv. The first compiled book hit retailers on March 2016, while book 2 launched in December of the same year. Book 3 hit retailers on September 27, 2017.

Honda-san is a skeleton working in a bookstore, and he frequently has to deal with foreigners in the manga section.
