Earlier today, Aniplex of America announced that Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online will receive an English dub, which will stream on Netflix and Hulu. The adaptation will star the following:

- David: Greg Chun
- Clarence: Laura Stahl
- Shirley: Jeannie Tirado
Alex von David is writing and directing the adaptation.
Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online aired in the Spring 2018 broadcast season.
Masayuki Sakoi (Celestial Method, Kamen no Maid Guy) was tapped to direct the project at Studio 3Hz, with Yoshio Kosakai pulling double duty as character designer and chief animation director. Yousuke Furoda (Gundam Build Fighters, My Hero Academia) was in charge of series composition for the title.

In the world of guns and steel that is Gun Gale Online, LLENN has been a devoted, female solo player. She is obsessed with two things: donning herself entirely in pink and honing her skills with consistent game play. She soon discovers her love for hunting other players (a.k.a. PK), soon to be known as the “Pink Devil.”
Meanwhile, LLENN meets a beautiful yet mysterious player, Pitohui, and the two click right away. Doing as she is told by Pitohui, she enters the Squad Jam group battle.
