“Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita!” Anime Gets Second Trailer

Earlier today, the official Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! (An Angel Flew Down to Me!) anime website updated with a new teaser trailer. The 100-second promo features ending theme song Happy Happy Friends by Wataten☆5 as a background track.

Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! hits Japanese TV on January 8. The full premiere schedule is as follows (All times JST):

  • Sun TV: 1/8/2019 at 26:00 (1/9/2019 at 2:00AM)
  • TVQ Kyushu: 1/8/2019 at 27:00 (1/9/2019 at 3:00AM)
  • BS11: 1/8/2019 at 24:00 (1/9/2019 at Midnight)

Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita Anime VisualDaisuke Hiramaki will direct the project at Doga Kobo, with Hiromi Nakagawa (Momokyun Sword) providing character designs. Yuka Yamada (Bungaku Shōjo Memoir OVAs, My Sweet Tyrant) is in charge of series composition.

The confirmed voice cast includes:

  • Hana Shirosaki: Maria Sashide
  • Hinata Hoshino: Rika Nagae
  • Koyori Tanemura: Hitomi Ohwada

Nanatsu Mukunoki’s Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! launched in the pages of Ichijinsha’s Comic Yuri Hime in November 2016. Three compiled volumes have been released to date, with the latest shipping to stores on June 15.

Miyako Hoshino is a shy college student and otaku. Miyako’s younger sister Hinata, who is a fifth grader, has a classmate and friend named Hana. When they meet, Miyako falls for Hana at first sight.
