Earlier today, the official Isekai Quartet anime website updated with a new teaser trailer. The minute-long promo is cut into three parts: the first two focus on comedic antics revolving around the KonoSuba crew. The third segment revolves around Tanya Degurechaf from Saga of Tanya the Evil.
Isekai Quartet will hit Japanese TV this spring.
The series will be directed and scripted by Minoru Ashina (Kaiju Girls, Lord Marksman and Vanadis) at Studio Puyukai. Minoru Takehara (Lord Marksman and Vanadis, Spelunker Sensei) will fill double duty as chief animation director and character designer for the project.
The title will be a comedic series, which presents the characters from Konosuba – God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, Overlord, and Saga of Tanya the Evil in super-deformed format.
According to the show’s lore, the four worlds are brought together when a mysterious buttom appears one day, which brings anyone who pushes it to an all-new world.
